Unfortunately you are not the only one who is having problems with this radio, I believe the problem is that, watching the video which has no audio, shows more files being downloaded than the actual files you get for download, I and others ended up returning the radio and buying another brand. Also, for info, if you are trying to use it for GMRS frequencies, it appears that it will only receive and not transmit.

Can't connect with radio no matter what driver I use....tried 3 different dates. Does work with the Chinese app but that is quirky and cumbersome software to use.
