Weird I can download it fine and I am on Windows 10.  when you install it you right click and run it as administrator

I turn off my virus protection and still couldn't get Chirp downloaded on Window's 10. Any more suggestions I can try.

Also I have try downloading Chirp on my new computer that has Window's 10 on it. It goes to the download file  but it don't fully load up on the computer. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
