In that instance, if it was plugged into windows without installing the driver first, you may need to remove it from device manager, and install the windows driver, and then plug it in again. I received the programming cable from Valley Ent. Plugged it in to the pc and to the 880h, but Chirp does not see it. I downloaded the Icom clonging software and it works perfectly.
Any thoughts?
