I always send attachments directly to the person's email with their permission.

When I sent my previous message,  as shown below, I attached a file named "Kitsap-County-Band-Plan.csv". If in fact it is now stored somewhere for others to download it, I am unable to find a link to it. So, where is it or do I just send it to whomever requests it by E-Mail or what?
