[chirp_users] Problem

Hi Guys, I am a newby to chirp and I am having a problem looking at the memorys in my FT857D. After I down load from the radio none of my memory info appears. But down the bottom of the screen there is a message saying "(0) Completed getting memory 200 (idle)". What am I not doing? Thanks for the help. Regards,Fred
