[chirp_users] Need very basic help

I have Baofeng BF-888S plus just bought H.R.G. PC03 FTDI USB Programming Cable for Jingtong, BaoFenghttps://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01NAQBXK4/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1. I downloaded the chirp software and wouldlike to know how to program the devices so I don't mess with emergency systems, etc. Sadly, I need extremely straightforward step by step instructions.
