If you are talking about a 128-channel Baofeng such as the UV-5R, UV-82, etc, this selection was removed several months ago. Apparently due to component changes over the last year or so, it was discovered that there were as many as 3 different formats for how the frequency was stored in memory. And most recently it was discovered that some of the most recent shipping models no longer stored the broadcast FM frequency in memory for CHIRP to read and would no longer read any frequency that CHIRP provided. It was at this time that the support was removed.
CHIRP still reads and restores any value that the radios that still bother to store the value in memory that CHIRP has access to. You simply set the FM frequency that you want using the radio's keypad and then download from your radio to CHIRP. Then to test this you can set the FM radio to a different frequency and finally upload the previously saved tab from CHIRP and the frequency will be restored. For those radios that no longer store the frequency for CHIRP to grab, the 'different' frequency will remain and you will have to change it back using the radio's keypad.
