[chirp_users] TH-D72A Connection?

New to CHIRP; will program work with Kenwood USB cable used by Kenwood MCP-4A software w/TH-D72A? Was unable to get CHIRP to see radio using that cable. Pls advise re what I am overlooking/missing. Thanks! 73, Scott
