i have reboot .. but this will not work .. with my usb cable i think :( the original Driver is from my cable .. the CH340 the Prolific driver will not work .. and sorry my english is not so perfect to understand all your words

Try this driver, it is the old one. Does it work?
If not, reboot and update driver so we can see what driver you are using.
If you could show us the name and version date of the ORIGINAL driver, it would help.
We are missing that info.
Hopefully you will have tried the old Prolific driver and now CHIRP will work.
