Something *bizarre* is going on.

Okay, I think I take that back. I think the ICF file was a little out of sync with the radio (or chirp, or both). Anyway, I just posted 0.1.8b2 with a bunch of things fixed. I fixed a bunch of ID800-related issued when using fractional steps, as well as a couple of "present" flags. I also fixed several U82-related issues around fractional steps.

So, please give 0.1.8b2 a spin and see if it makes things better.
