Why go through the csv stage when you can directly copy and paste between tabs in Chirp?

Here's how I would do it. Download what your radio has on it to a CSV file, and close Chirp. Open the CSV file into Excel or another database. Copy and paste in the fields that need your information. Save it, and open Chirp. Upload that CSV file to your radio. HTH.
