There should be a factory reset option.
There is one in the menus, but there may be a key combination for that too.

I tried to program my uv82hp using chirp,  it locked it up on vfo and I can't get it unlocked.  Chirp will not let me go to settings, I click on settings and it's blank ! Where can I send it to get it fixed? Need help  ! THANKS
