[chirp_users] Wouxun 980p 950p

Hello,

fist great that the wouxun 980p is now supported, i will test it the next days (it is in my car an at the moment its a little bit cold outside to play with notebook and chirp next)

but if have 950p inside and i can download from radio but the every informations are very crippy

it would be nice to have these radio also
