Thanks to John Hansman for loaning his radio for this.

I'm currently holding John's radio that he graciously loaned for the development of this driver. I'd surely appreciate any IC208 owners out there reporting back about their success using this driver in the next day or so. I'd like to get him his radio back, but also want to fix anything that might be wrong first.
