[chirp_users] How to program a uv82hp with chirp ?

I tried to program my uv82hp using chirp,  it locked it up on vfo and I can't get it unlocked.  Chirp will not let me go to settings, I click on settings and it's blank ! Where can I send it to get it fixed? Need help  ! THANKS  Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.
