Dwayne go to www.miklor.com and take a look at their cable and troubleshooting guide. You can usually find info there that will actually solve your problem. I've sent many there and they usually got things sorted out. The Icom 91/92AD is listed in the daily build as supported so you may have a cable or driver issue. Roughly 80% of communication issues are driver oriented and Miklor will help you eliminate any driver issue you might have.

Did you make sure to set the correct com port in the Chirp program to coincide with the port that the cable is attached to when hooked to the computer? Did you also make sure the cable is plugged in all the way?

Any hams in the Raleigh NC area that are using chirp (preferably with
Icom
92ad) that could help me troubleshoot why I can't program the IC-92ad?
