Squelch 9 now =  .25 Micro volts

The set position on my gen is off a tad,

I would suggest that you download the factory .img that matches your
firmware version from here:
http://kc9hi.dyndns.org/uv5r/programming/CHIRPrecovery/

Load this .img file into CHIRP. Now import your .img file into this
one (File -> Import), edit the settings and then upload it into your
radio. Do not upload your "original" .img file.

If you would, reply and attach your original .img file so I can study it.
