When I use the 146.2 or 146.3 it will key up another radio and everything seems right just no sound comes thru the mic to the other end. You can hear it squelch and everything just no voice

I used this one because the table was less complicated. But all you
need to do to see the CTCSS standard tones is google CTCSS.

No it is 146.3. The repeater site is managed by a company and they said it is 146.3. It works on 146.3 on my handheld boafeng.
