Even though the Chirp IMG file shows the offset. I think its a newer firmware issue and something has changed stopping the programming. There are three of us here and all three cannot get the radios to work unless they are programmed manual.

This is not a firmware issue. If you can work the repeater in VFO/Frequency mode and not in MR/Channel mode, you are programming the channel wrong with CHIRP. Email me you CHIRP image file and I will look at it. I am sure this can easily be cleared up. Send the image file to: uv5r [at] kc9hi [dot] net
