Someone wrote partial Chirp support for Waris radios, including the CDM750, but it has not been included in the main Chirp distribution. You can find it here:

It can change the feature settings, like the band limits and number of channels. This is useful if you are, for instance, modifying a CDM1550LS for use on the ham 220 band. Don't forget to do an alignment when you're done to make sure everything is still within spec.

It looks like channel decode was started but not completed. These radios use dynamic memory allocation for channels, which could make inserting channels a lot more difficult, and might explain why it hasn't been done.
