I noticed on Chirp 1.11 that some of the frequencies change when loaded to the Yeasu FT8900 AND that the list is limited to 500 entries.I noticed a few frequencies being saved to the radio were changed from 146.92 to 146.91 and some other similar issues.Has anyone else had that problem?

Have you tried 0.1.12? The rounding of frequencies should be fixed...
