Downloaded CHIRP, used the 3.2 Prolific driver, and bought a second cable from another source. Radio still replies with cannot send block 0x0000. I deleted the newer windows driver, rebooted, and according to dev manager I am running 3.2 from Prolific. Radio responds to CHIRP, but then errors. IF I unplug the cable, the radio is in Xmit mode.
