[chirp_users] Can't save the file to my computer.

I have. Installed the chirp program and downloaded all the setting from my Baofeng UV-5R. I have made changes to the file and tried to save it to my computer which I am running windows 10 but the save, save as, and open tab didn't work. By clicking on any of the three tab dose nothing. Can someone help with it. Thanks Bob
