Jim,<div><br></div><div>Have your read the manual for the program?</div><div><br></div><div>How it is supposed to work is:</div><div><br></div><div>1)  You download your radio&#39;s memories using CHIRP.</div><div>2)  You edit using a spread sheet program, such as OpenOffice, LibreOffice or MicroSoft Office, saving as the same type file that you opened.</div>
