Sorry for the misleading statement on my part. I extrapolated the behavior of one radio to another. Shouldn't have done that.

I don't have a radio handy so I can't verify this, but I believe you would set STEP=10KHz, key in 100.000 and then press the down arrow key until you get to 076.040
