Sent from Mail for Windows 10

I can not get the daily updates to install anymore.

I get a 1% done, then error message

Using windows 10 with Norton

Error message:

Delete file: C:\Program Files (x86)\CHIRP\COPYING

Output folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\CHIRP

Extract: COPYING... 100%

Can't write: C:\Program Files (x86)\CHIRP\_hashlib.pyd

I suspect a problem after Windows 10 updates.
