But if you're commenting on the general state of accessories for radios and the UV-5R, I've seen this general thing a lot.  Some accessories just don't make sense because they cost as much or more than the radio.

Here's one I was eyeing the other day: (a Bluetooth headset adapter for Kenwood radios that would work with the 5R)

Hard to justify for a UV-5R since it costs nearly twice what the radio did.
