The program suggested that I upgrade. I did. Now I also have issues with Chirp reading my IC-92. I have the data cable that is RS-232. It seems to not find the right port.

There is no reason to upgrade from v0.4.0 to v0.4.1 unless you are programming the Baofeng UV-5R or one of its many variants.
