This discussion thread is about CHIRP's new alias feature. You should
start a new thread instead of hijacking this one.
You don't have to open the settings to see the tones programmed in a
stored memory because they are all displayed in the spreadsheet style
memory editor.
That being said, if you try to open the settings tab and the menu is
blank, then there is most likely a setting that is out-of-range.
Attach a debug.log file and we should be able to determine which one
it is and help you correct it in your radio so it will then show up
properly in CHIRP (and possibly use that information to update CHIRP
to handle the out-of-range value in the future).
