I have an IC-7000, but I haven’t had a chance to drag the laptop to the car. I did have issues with an IC-91A that was similar to that. Try downloading the latest build and see if that works for your radio.

When I try to enter data directly CHIRP goes through something but then the screen comes back and reloads the channels again. All of which are blank, by the way.
