Considering that you are required to use their software, and given the outrageous price they charge for it, you'd think they could at least spend a few more programming minutes to accommodate an additional large percentage of potential users.
Whenever I worked on a free software I did my best as I were payed for it. It is not manner of money but doing job well.
Man did not ask for bells and whistles but basic usability features.
