I have a programmed my uv-5r but for some reason I'm not receiving anything. I have tried several times to program it but it don't seem to pick up any calls from anyhing. I get all my info for the radio from radio reference and the frequencies. When I get toned out and fire radio goes off my uv-5r just sits there and does nothing. Any ideas on what I might be doing wrong?
