I bookmarked the page so I'll be able to send Mac users there. And I see you
are using Yahoo email. How is it still working for you? I wasn't getting anything
from the list by my comments to the list were making it to the list and I suppose
getting distributed. So I switch to gmail, my messages get to the list and go out
but gmail won't allow a copy of my comment to be sent back. Man what it would
do to the idiots who thought this DMARC crap up. I still get loads of spam, it only affected
email I want.

I updated the Mac wiki page, "Generic PL2303" section.

Find the driver package assembled by Jens , of the Chirp team. I forget where it is but
some Google trickery should reveal its locaction. You just right click on it and choose run.
If your Mac nanny asks do you want to run this from an untrusted source or something like
that say yes and follow the install GUI dialog. No reason to run any install script from a terminal.
I've done this with the original pkg installer in spanish and then with Jens' pkg. Jens' removes any previous
drivers. It works great my only fault was not to bookmark the installer file although I do have it on my MacBook.

Thanks, Dave, I’m running 10.9.2

I’ll see if I can figure out how to uninstall all the drivers I’ve tried.  I’ve tried the driver referenced, but I don’t see anything when I go into terminal and run the command referenced.  The only think I see is the bluetooth modem listing.
