OKAY... This is strange. I turned the radio off. Started the program. Told it to read the radio. It started to read the radio but it said error on each line. I turned the radio on and it went back and filled in where it did not read at first.

In other words I had to turn the radio on after I started the download from the radio.

 

I do not understand.
