[chirp_users] Total Removal and reinstallation of Chirp

I have downloaded and installed several versions of Chirp and now my laptop is totally confused. I have an older version that still works fine, but I'd like to get all of the files that relate to chirp, exclusive of the python files required, so I can load the latest version.

Any advice.
