I indicated the same Export problem to Dan in an offline email and he replied back indicating that he hopes to work on the problem and a few others tomorrow night. 
 
BTW, the Export appears to work if you set the filename extension as .csv rather than the .chirp (XML) version, which Dan is also aware of.

IC92 - band B - download OK.  400 memories OK.  Am I supposed to be able to save the contents radio.chirp ?  program seems to hang.  I extracted the files into the chirp directory, overwriting existing files - did not use the installer.
