A 'daily build' is a 'developmental build'. On the download page, the Developmental Builds section is towards the bottom of the page. In that section, look for the text "Click here to find the latest version." and click on the word 'here'. That will take you to a page where the daily builds can be downloaded. The daily builds are listed oldest to newest so be sure to scroll to the bottom of the page to get the very latest available.
