If someone had a VR-5000 to loan out to a Chirp programer then
yes the possibility stands even though the VR-5000 is a receiver only.
Also needed is a port into the radio to accept programing info? With
a right like the VR 5000 I would only hope so. That thing covers .1
to 3 ghz? That a lot of memories and memory and scan options.
