Doesn't really matter what's in the Yaesu but you have to download from it so that CHIRP understands its memory and settings layout. Once you have a tab with the Yaesu download data you can paste the data from the Baofeng into it. Then you can upload from the Yaesu tab to the Yaesu radio.
