When I try to run Chirp Daily Build (I’ve tried a few different builds) the Windows 7 spinning circle spins for a few seconds then vanishes. There’s no indication in Task Manager of the program running or trying to start. I’ve tried uninistalling, running a registry clean, reinstalling, running in XP mode, running as administrator, tried different builds, tried with my AV program disabled, all with the same result. It runs fine on my XP netbook, but not on my desktop running Windows 7 Pro 32 bit. Help please.
