working with a baofeng uv5ra.

retrieved a file from the radio (appears that the radio has been used
before receiving it).
saved as .csv file.
loaded it in to excel.
modified it
saved it
tried to load it to chirp.
chirp says "no channels found".

what did i do wrong.
