[chirp_users] FT-8800 issue appears to be solved

Uploading the file to the radio a second time seems to have solved the right side not having data issue. Not sure why, but it's fixed.

Now if only CHIRP could set the radio to not display alpha tags as the default…changing them one by one on the radio is a hassle!
