I just wanted to check and see what the status is of the Python 3 branch. I see there have been some commits but not for a couple of months.

Is the py3 branch usable yet?

Fedora 32 is in beta so that means Fedora 31 (the last release containing chirp) only has about 5 months left before going EOL.
