The trouble with that is that I can't yet use the radio, because the manual describing the buttons don't say which buttons in a way a Blind person can read. So I'm frustratingly trying to get some stuff f into it that I can use. Glenn

You haven't fully populated the rows. The need to look close to the rows above. One of the differences would be that Mode would be AM. The best way to know how it should look is to program a memory in the radio and then export it to a CSV file. Then use that as a template for the rest.
