First you need to know that most of these newer/Chinese radios can also be used on business, FRS, & GMRS frequencies as well as Amateur so it depends on what you want as to where youneed to look. If you are wanting Amateur only repeaters you can as others have said use repeater book. It is built into chirp. All you need to do is install chirp plug in your radio and under the heading Radio download it to the app and then under the same heading look for import from or Query Repeaterbook and follow the prompts as to what you want.
