I just fired up my Windows 7 VM and I see the same thing you do. However, I think that if you just move your mouse down into the blank area of the drop-down box, you will see the other vendors appear.

I have no idea why Windows 7 is not properly painting that box, because the other versions do. I'll look into that. However, I think that if you move your mouse pointer down, you'll be able to choose Icom and be on your way...
