I programmed my companies radios the last time using a micro-usb otg adapter with the radio cable. There's no worries there. As long as it boots Windows, it will work.

Well that all sounds very reassuring to me. especially since I just found a 10.1 inch tablet that runs Windows for only $60 on eBay. I guess you know by now what my next purchase is going to be! Lol thanks all for your input. have a great day!
