If you have more than one device using comm ports and aren't sure which one is your cable, while in Device Manager, unplug your cable. Device Manager will reset and will remove your cable from the list. When you plug it back in, it will reset again and show your cable once more. ALWAYS plug into the same USB port, otherwise Windows will 'update' your driver and possibly make your cable not work again until you roll back the driver to 3.2..0
