[chirp_users] Programming Wouxum KG-UV6X

If I download from the radio using parameters: Port COM3 Vendor Wouxun Model KG-UV6D

everything works great.

I have prepared a .CSV file formatted to the CHIRP requirements.

I can successfully import the file.

When I try to upload that file data to my Wouxun KG-UV6X, this window appears: Port COM3 Vendor Wouxun Model CSV (note - this value is greyed out and not changeable)

I click on OK and nothing happens.
