This means that I must use the mouse to select a different tab, and I am used to using the keyboard. If my hands are not already on the mouse, I gotta go get it. Using the keyboard, I can use ctrl-? and ctrl-tab or alt-tab to swap contexts, as well as the arrow keys to manoeuvre...it's just my habit...
